1 General details of Free Prize Draw1.2 The following rules apply to Moben/Sharps/Dolphin 25K Dream Home Makeover Draw which run from Mon 1st March until 4pm on Sun 14th March 2010
1.3 The Free Prize Draw is promoted by Moben / Sharps / Dolphin
1.4 A Free Prize Draw will take place and will offer any person that registers a chance to win the prize.
1.5 Any person who participates in the “Free Prize Draw” will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them.
1.6 Entry to the draw is free and no purchase is necessary.
1.7 Only one entry per household. All entry forms become the property of the promoter and will not be returned.
1.8 There is one prize worth up to £25,000 of furniture to be redeemed from Moben Kitchens, Sharps Bedrooms, Dolphin Bathrooms. Any additional product over and above the prize value can be purchased at normal sale price.
1.9 The winners of the prize will be the first entry randomly selected from all completed entry forms. The adjudicator’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The names and country of the Prize Winner can be obtained from 1st to 15th April 2010 by those persons sending a stamped addressed envelope to: Sharps Bedrooms, Unit 2, Albany Park, Camberley, Surrey, GU16 7PU
1.10 The Promoters reserve the right to change, amend or cancel the “Free Prize Draw” at any time
1.11 People who register must provide contact details and a telephone number to be included into the free prize draw.
1.12 Votes will be accepted up until 4pm on the final day of the promotion.
1.13 Free Prize Draw will all be drawn at random by 31st March 2010.
1.14 The winner will be notified within 28 days of the draw date.
1.15 Voters must be aged 18 and above and residents in the UK.
1.16 Employees and family members of Moben/Sharps/Dolphin Limited, DLKW or anyone professionally involved with the promotion are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
1.17 No cash alternative will be offered to non-cash prizes.
1.18 By entering into this prize draw the entrants give permission for the promoter to use details of the winner for the purposes of publicity at their discretion.
1.19 The winner will be contacted by telephone, email and then letter. If no response is received from the winner within 28 days of the prize draw, then Moben/Sharps/Dolphin reserves the right to select a new winner at random.
1.20 No bulk entries from third parties will be accepted
